Refund policy

We have a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging as received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items, unfortunately, sale items or gift cards are not eligible for a refund.

Meng Loong Watches will NOT responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
